Decima R. Brown

Decima Reshay Brown, also known as “Shay,” received her bachelor’s degree from the
University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. She is a Program Specialist II for St. Clair County’s
Intergovernmental Grants Department. According to Shay, one of the most important roles in her
position is to assess and help the homeless through coordinated entry. She has over 20 years of
experience helping children and families through social service programs.
