The St. Clair County Regional Office of Education #50 offers Livescan fingerprinting for public and private school employment, bus driving companies, firearm concealed carry, physicians, massage therapists, LPN, RPN, security guards, etc. Background check results go directly to the school district or licensing entity and cannot be transferred to another organization. You must provide us with the organization and/or ORI code where your results will be sent. Results cannot be sent out of state.
The cost for fingerprinting is $55 and is paid online when scheduling your appointment.

♦ Your fingerprints are sent directly to the Illinois State Police, where they are processed and sent to your school district and FBI.
UCIA is a fingerprint submission that is STATE ONLY. While all schools and districts require State and FBI, if your employer only requires a state background check you may choose UCIA. The cost for UCIA fingerprinting is $30.
Fingerprint results can take up to 45 days to be processed.
