Developed by the Birth to Five Illinois: Region 50 Councils

Welcome to the St. Clair County Resource Guide, created in partnership by the Birth to Five Illinois Councils with support from community organizations and programs, this project was developed to support families with information and resources that are available to them locally. As a response to feedback from the community, the Birth to Five Illinois: Region 50 Action Council and Family Council are working to develop a comprehensive community resource tool that all community members can use to connect to services, organizations, and the resources shared.
