Angela Reeter began her career as an elementary teacher and spent 16 years fostering learning
and growth in the classroom. Transitioning to the role of elementary principal, she confronted the
challenges of leading in a high-poverty district marked by prevalent trauma. With a passion for
equity and advocacy, Angela assumed the Area 5 Lead Homeless Liaison role at the Regional
Office of Education #3. She has advocated for homeless students in this capacity, working to
dismantle barriers and ensure their access to quality education. Angela's efforts extend beyond
advocacy; she actively engages with stakeholders to develop effective strategies for supporting
vulnerable student populations. Angela's wealth of experience, particularly in working with high-
poverty students, enriches her training initiatives with a genuine practicality.
