ROE Lead Hubs, based in six Regional Offices of Education (ROEs) across Illinois, are dedicated to driving continuous school improvement by cultivating effective organizational leaders. This program supports leaders at all stages of their careers, including emerging, navigating, and district-level roles, providing them with the tools and strategies needed to excel.
Through tailored professional development, coaching, and ongoing collaboration, Lead Hubs empower leaders to meet the evolving demands of their roles. By offering both synchronous and asynchronous training, the program ensures flexibility and accessibility for school and district leaders. Grounded in the evidence-based, federally funded Lead|ED program, Lead Hubs emphasize leadership capacity-building through job-embedded coaching and a structured Cycle of Inquiry process. This model fosters distributed leadership and equips teacher teams to implement impactful instructional improvements.
