This position provides leadership and supervision for children before and after school hours and ensures the program is cost-effective, safe, nurturing, and meets the needs of children and families.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience working with parents and children preferred.
- Must be highly organized, accountable, independent, and a self-motivated worker.
- Must be competent with computer skills; including web browsing, e-mail, Internet, and word-processing.
- Must possess effective oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to understand and adhere to district policies and procedures.
- Must be able to work cooperatively with colleagues and collaborative entities.
- Must be able to handle sensitive information confidentially.
