New Athens CUSD #60
Duties
To lead the Pre-K – 8 grade elementary school in New Athens CUSD #60. You will be in charge of staff evaluations, communications with the school community, student discipline etc.
Qualifications
-Possess a Valid Illinois Administrative Certification – Type 75
-Knowledge of current special education laws and regulations
-Knowledge of current and modernized education curriculum theories and practices
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-Ability to communicate with students, parents, and District Personnel
-Knowledgeable in District school improvement initiatives, standards, and assessment practices
-Experience working with multiple grade levels in an elementary education institution
-Possess a professional demeanor
-District residency is preferred
-Prior Experience is preferred
