Business Manager – Dupo District 196 in Dupo, IL

Salary/Benefits:   Salary is commensurate with experience and competitive within the area.  Health insurance options are available.

Duties:  The responsibilities of a Business Manager would include payroll, insurance, budgeting and levying, financial planning and forecasting, TIF documentation, cost analysis, in-district auditing, grants, and handling banking/investments.  The successful candidate will be able to use creative brainstorming to identify underutilized resources and/or opportunities for the district, work closely with the Superintendent and administrative team, and complete necessary claims and reporting.  A working knowledge of SDS (Specialized Data Systems) payroll and accounting systems would be beneficial.

The successful candidate will demonstrate personal and professional standards and conduct that enhances the image of the school and the Central Office.

Qualifications:   Degree required with a CSBO (Chief School Business Official) endorsement preferred.
