Belleville School District 118 is accepting applications for an assistant principal at Central Junior High School for the 2024-2025 school year.
Position Summary: The assistant principal will work collaboratively with the principal to direct and nurture all members of the school staff and communicate effectively with parents. Inherent in the position are the responsibilities for scheduling, curriculum development, extracurricular activities, personnel management, emergency procedures, and facility operations. Candidates must have appropriate Illinois licensure. The assistant principal position is a ten-and-a-half-month position that is paid over twelve months. District 118 offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
