Summative Designation: Analysis of School Report Cards
St. Clair ROEReport Card 2024 will provide the third data point for summative designation since RC19. Understanding the indicators utilized for the calculation can assist schools with improving their designation. This presentation will show schools where to find their data, how the calculations are completed, and resources for tracking local data. This is a shortened version of the Administrator Academy #3754. Participants will need to: bring a lunch (we will have a working lunch) and a fully charged laptop/device. Registration closes 4-5 days prior to the event or until tickets are sold out.
K-12 Behavior Interventionist/Coach/Specialist Roundtable

This newly formed roundtable is to allow a space for those with a specific behavior job title to collaborate. Who should attend? Any person serving in your district as a Behavioral Coach/Specialist/Interventionist who is looking to build a network. We will work to problem-solve and share information that will be of benefit to our school community.
Goals:
1. Establish a collaboration group for those serving in this role
2. Find PD presenters that will help us further expand this role and the topics we find we need support in
3. Discuss roles and responsibilities and what resources you are using in your district
K-12 Paraprofessionals: Schools’ Hidden Gems (Virtual)
This virtual session is free for all thanks to the Illinois Masonic Foundation. In today's schools, the paraprofessionals entrusted with empowering students in the bustling realm of general education hold a role of unparalleled significance, shaping futures with every interaction. Whether they provide individualized support for particular students or assist in various capacities within the classroom, their role is crucial in ensuring the effectiveness of inclusion for their students. They are truly hidden gems within the school system. This workshop equips paraprofessionals with effective instructional and behavioral management techniques tailored for diverse student populations, including those from low-income backgrounds and those with a history of trauma. Participants will leave with a broader understanding of their role as a paraprofessional, enhanced skills to collaborate with students and staff, and a toolbox full of strategies to help them support student learning.
