PDC – $125.00 and Non-PDC $150.00 (Cost includes lunch on site and Power of Positive Leadership Manual) This training provides leaders with the knowledge and tools to create a positive culture. It allows one to lead with optimism resulting in a more connected and committed team, which in turn can lead to greater results. Moreover, research has demonstrated that positive leadership is a means to build a culture that unites in times of change and adversity, both of which educational leaders face with regularity. This training allows leaders to discover key principles and practices that result in positive leadership that not only will make the leader better, but also everyone around them. Leaders will receive knowledge and tools to develop in the following areas: Positive leadership, positive communication, culture building, optimism and cultivating positive beliefs, creating unified and connected teams, empathetic interactions, team building vision clarity, and emotional resilience. Prior to the workshop, leaders will complete an on-line self-assessment. Social workers can earn CEU’s, teachers can earn pd hours.
