AA #4318 Shaping Teachers’ Perspectives for Positive Classroom Management

February 25, 2027 @ 8:30 am - 12:30 pm

$155.00 – $200.00

Administrators face a variety of challenges related to classroom management, including not only student behavior, but also teacher consistency and support, diversity, parental involvement, technology, and more. Research-based and practitioner-proven perspectives on effective classroom management, student character, and school culture unite to empower administrators to share challenges and solutions in a dynamic course experience that focuses on leading teachers to support and adopt school-wide perspectives while retaining their own individual freedoms. The result is a school culture that encourages problem-solving, community, and consistency essential for students’ personal and academic development.

No pre-session assignments are required. Participants will complete a four-hour facilitated learning session and a two-hour Application/Dissemination (A/D) assignment.

Participants may earn four hours of professional development credit or complete the a/d requirements for the full six-hour Administrator Academy credit. To receive AA credit, participants must electronically submit a Professional Development Collaboration (PDC) plan integrating local school data with academy concepts within 30 days of the academy date. Academy credit will be confirmed following the 30-day submission period.

A light breakfast will be provided at the beginning of the session.
