Job Description: We are seeking a Pre-K teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Early Childhood Education, a commitment to fostering a positive classroom environment, and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes student learning and well-being.
Assess student progress regularly and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay current with educational trends.
Pre-K Teacher Requirement:
Minimum Education: Associates Degree/CDA
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
Prior experience working with Pre-K aged students
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
