After exploring what well-being and self-care mean, we’ll turn the mirror on you and help you determine what your self-care hygiene and regimen looks like, what helps and hinders it, strategies for making it stick, and above all, connection with like-minded people. Be ready to choose courage over comfort and come out the other side with a well-crafted plan for your own self-care. Targeted audience: EVERYONE! This event is free thanks to an Area V SEL Grant.
