This virtual session is free thanks to the IL SLDS Project. Through this interactive workshop, participants will explore the intersectionality of language acquisition and learning disabilities while gaining insights into the unique challenges faced by this population. Attendees will learn culturally responsive instructional approaches, differentiated instruction techniques, and collaborative strategies to create inclusive learning involvements that foster academic success. By the end of the training, educators will feel empowered to implement tailored interventions and accommodations to support multilingual students with learning disabilities while promoting equity and access in education.

Summative Designation: Analysis of School Report Cards
St. Clair ROEReport Card 2024 will provide the third data point for summative designation since RC19. Understanding the indicators utilized for the calculation can assist schools with improving their designation. This presentation will show schools where to find their data, how the calculations are completed, and resources for tracking local data. This is a shortened version of the Administrator Academy #3754. Participants will need to: bring a lunch (we will have a working lunch) and a fully charged laptop/device. Registration closes 4-5 days prior to the event or until tickets are sold out.
