Duties:

• Plans a program of study that impacts student’s behavior and addresses academic needs.
• Assists in the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of a Student Service Plan for each student.
• Plans a program of study that motivates students, with emphasis on the needs, interests’ and abilities of students.
• Employs a variety of instructional techniques and tools consistent with the needs and abilities of the students.
• Encourages student to become responsible for his/her actions.
• Maintains accurate, complete, and punctual records as required by the Principal.
• Makes provisions to be available to students and their parents/guardians beyond the school day.
• Coordinates efforts to implement the Student Service Plan with social service agencies and court system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.
