Requirements: Current and Valid License

Salary/Benefits: In accordance with the CBA between the Marissa Board of Education and Marissa Education Association, the teacher will be placed at the proper Level (Education Experience from Bachelor’s Degree and above) and Step (years of teaching) on the Salary Schedule reflecting their experience.  In addition to salary, the teacher may select a Health Insurance Plan or a $6,000.00 annual annuity.  The Employer-paid TRS contribution, Sick, Personal, and Bereavement paid leave are  provided in accordance to the contract.  Noteworthy:  Full-time MCUSD employees living outside of the district may utilize tuition-free waiver for their children to attend Marissa Schools (applicable fees apply).
